Happy New Year Everyone! 2019 has well and truly begun. As we begin 2019 we thank each and every person who joined us in 2018! What a great year we had. The weather was wonderfully warm and dry for the better part of the summer, while unique holiday experiences, memories, and friendships began as well as continued.
Our New Year’s resolution is to wish you the same love that we and our growing Go Visit Ireland family have for this country. Come and experience it for yourself!
Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn’t do than by the ones you did do, so throw off the bowlines, sail away from safe harbor, catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore, Dream, Discover.

Let this be your Go Visit Ireland year.
What an exciting year lies ahead.
For 2019, choose from a varied selection of Guided Walking tours, dotted along the Wild Atlantic Way from Donegal to Kerry, Connemara to Wicklow. Discover the hidden Ireland, remote countryside locations, authentic cultural and historical experiences. You will have opportunities to meet the locals, visit restaurants serving locally produced food, enjoy listening to traditional Irish music in the nearby pubs. The guides are passionate and very knowledgeable about their locality and will relish the opportune to show it all to you.
Independent travellers can opt for one of our self-guided hike or bike tours. We will organise your accommodation (family run guesthouses/B&BS), maps and route details, luggage transfers, back up service, airport transfers and any other assistance you may require.
We can also organise your very own tailor-made holiday for you. We ensure all your requests and cultural interests are included. Customise your holiday and make it your own.
If you only have a day or two, that’s no problem. Enquire now to see if there are day walks to suit you. All levels of fitness are catered for. See website for more information or to book your holiday.
We will also be launching the start of guided Walking Weekends, beginning in April. The first weekend will comprise different legs of the Kerry Way and be based in Glenbeigh County Kerry. Keep an eye here for updates.
We look forward to welcoming you and wish everyone a healthy, happy & active New Year.
