Our guided walking holiday Skellig Coast and Killarney Lakelands begins in south west Kerry. The Skellig Coast, one of the wildest and remote parts of Ireland, is home to the world famous Skellig Michael. Here we spend 3 days learning the history and culture of the Irish people, while enjoying easy walking routes around Valentia Island and Derrynane Beach. Of course, no visit to south Kerry would be complete without seeing the world famous Skellig Islands. Included on this tour is a boat cruise around the islands to see up close the beauty and scale of these rocky pinnacles. Truly an awesome experience.
Learn to play the bodhran – a traditional Irish drum, take a jaunting car trip in Killarney, taste the local seaweed and much more. The highlight is likely to be the immersion in the Skellig Coast and its Skellig Islands. Of course the beauty and tranquil nature of Killarney’s National Park cannot be forgotten!MAKE AN ENQUIRY
